Last night (Friday 29th January 2016) Beholder launched the official Kickstarter campaign for their forthcoming third album release ‘Reflections’, with the promise that once they hit the £1,500 mark they’d premiere a new song. Within two hours of launching the campaign, the target was smashed by fans pledges and the band delivered on their word.

Beholder frontman Simon Hall said "The response to our Kickstarter campaign has been insane. We honestly thought it would take a week to reach our target but it took just under two hours.
On the back of this result we launched the new video ‘Speak To Me” which is the last track on the album, as opposed to ‘Frozen Steps of Utøya’ which is the first track – so fans can get a sense of the direction and work put into the ‘Reflections’ release. We’ve still got stacks of rewards on offer and the more we make the more we can throw back to the fans. It looks the Loyalty Card is proving to be a big hit because for as little as £10 you can get the album, artwork, photos and 15% of any merch at any Beholder show! That is pretty cool right? Thank you everyone for your support."
The British progressive metal band released ‘Frozen Steps Of Utøya’ (based on the events of 2011 in Norway; when a lone terrorist claimed the lives of 77 victims with 68 of them defenceless teenagers on Utøya Island) on News Year Day to critical acclaim from both media and fans and has gone on to be featured by the likes of Metal Hammer, Terrorizer Magazine and top media outlets in Norway.
Official release details for the album ‘Reflections’ will be announced shortly.
